How we will collaborate to turn your requirements into a functional application
Initiate
Using the form at the bottom of this page, you can submit your requirements in a spreadsheet, and we will assess the project's feasibility. The request should contain clear instructions, including a precise specification of:
Inputs: The questions to be asked and preferred display types, such as text-inputs, dropdowns, or checklists.
Formulas and outputs: A clear overview of how inputs are connected to get to an output.
Design: Specify your preferences for the calculator's appearance, including colors, fonts, and other design or brand elements. You score extra points when you have a (Figma) design available.
Be aware we need a clear specifications of your requirements. Providing your current Excel might be insufficient. We cannot backward engineer a complicated sheet with many hidden and / or nested functions.
Confirm
Upon reviewing your specifications, we'll evaluate the feasibility of your requirements and provide an accurate quote for the build. Once you've agreed to the build, we'll send a secure payment link.
By making a payment, you agree to our concierge service's terms and conditions, including the refund policy outlined in the FAQ on this page. After we receive your payment, we'll begin your build and deliver the first draft within 5-10 business days.
Build
We will build the project according to your original specifications. It is possible to update your requirements during the build. But know that for extensions, we can require an additional charge.
When we deliver the calculator, we ask you to check the design, inputs, and formulas (outputs). We will implement a revision based on your feedback. A revision is focused on correcting bugs or mistakes and making minor updates.
Important note: Usually, an active subscription is required to keep your content online. You can check our pricing and subscription plans here.
Aftercare
Once the final application is delivered, we can arrange a call to explain how your interactive content works and how you can implement updates using our builder.
While you have the ability to update the calculator yourself, we can facilitate minor changes for you at no cost. These changes may include updating a question's text or adjusting one or two formulas to reflect updated pricing.
Major updates to your project will necessitate a new concierge service agreement. Such updates may involve overhauling pricing, adding or removing questions that affect the overall build, or incorporating additional integrations with services like HubSpot or Google Sheets into your build.

What is your refund policy?
Once the concierge service is delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications, we deem our service as fulfilled. Consequently, we cannot accommodate refund requests after the completion of a project, as we have invested our resources to deliver the promised results.
We will provide a full refund of your concierge charge if, during the build process, it becomes evident that we cannot create your project with our builder - for instance, due to missing features or sub-optimal performance.
Can I update the build specifications during or after the build?
Seeing your working build can inspire you and generate new ideas. Thus, there's certainly scope to expand upon your original specifications.
We can accommodate minor updates without additional charges. However, for larger updates, an additional fee will apply.
Do we need a subscription apart from the Concierge Service? Which subscription we will need?
Yes, in most cases, a subscription is required to continue showing your calculator live after the Trial period ends. Which subscription plan you will need will depend on the features your application requires, the number of monthly visits, and so on. You can check our subscription pricing here.
Can we provide design specifications to match our website?
Yes, you can provide the color palette, font, and overall layout. Also, please share your website URL so we can align our design as closely as possible. If you already have a fully detailed design in a tool like Figma or Sketch or plan to create one, it would be even more helpful!
In how many days I have my calculator ready to use?
Building your application will take between 5-10 business days. Please note that the build process can vary depending on the size of the calculator. After reviewing the first draft, additional time will be needed to make edits based on your feedback.
Do you make demos first?
We do not provide live demos. However, for specific requests, we can create a demo to ascertain feasibility. Additionally, you can visit our templates to see how apps function and appear.
